Once an item is out of my hands and with the USPS you will need to contact USPS regarding your order, if your item is lost you will need to contact USPS and file a claim with them

There are times when a certain color is out of stock and I am unable to get it, if this happens, I will contact you and you can either choose another color, wait until it is back in stock or I will give you a refund.

My turnaround time is 7-14 BUSINESS days ( turnaround times may become longer as the holidays get closer)
