Once the shirt has left my hands and is with USPS you will need to contact USPS regarding your order.  If your item is lost, you will need to file a claim with USPS.

There are certain times where a shirt is sold out and i am unable to get it, if this happens, I will contact you, and you can either choose another color, wait for it to come back in stock or I will refund you.
