Once an item is out of my hands and with USPS you will need to contact USPS regarding your order. If you item is lost, you will need to contact USPS and file a claim with them.

There are times when a certain color is out of stock and I am unable to get it, if this happens, I will contact you and you can either choose another color, wait for it to come back in stock or I will give you a refund.
