Once an item is out of my hands and with the USPS you will need to contact USPS regarding your order, if your item is lost you will need to contact USPS and file a claim with them. There are certain times when a certain color is out of stock and I am unable to get it, if this happens, I will contact you and you can either wait until it is back in stock, choose another color or I will give you a refund.
