Once an item has left my hands and is with the USPS you will need to contact USPS regarding your order. If your item is lost, you will need to contact USPS and file a claim with them.

There are certain times when where a certain shirt is out of stock and I am unable to get it.  IF this happens, I will contact you.  We can either wait for it to come back in stock, choose a different color or I will refund you.
