Once a shirt is out of my hands and with the USPS you will need to contact USPS regarding your order.  If an item is lost, you will need to contact USPS and file a claim with them.

There are certain times when a certain shirt is sold out and I am unable to get it, If this happens, I will contact you.  We can either choose a different color, wait till its back in stock or I can refund you.
