Once an item has left my hands and is with USPS you will need to contact USPS regarding your order.  If an item is lost, you will need to contact USPS and file a claim with them

There are certain times when a shirt is out of stock and I am unable to get it If this happens, I will contact you and you can either wait for it to come back in stock, choose another color or I will give you a refund.
