Once a shirt has left my hands and is with the USPS you will need to contact them regarding your order. If your item is lost, you will need to contact USPS and file a claim with them.

There are times when a shirt is out of stock and I am unable to get it, if this happens, I will contact you and you can either wait for it to come back in stock, choose another color or I will give you a refund.
