Once a shirt is out of my hands and with the USPS you will need to contact USPS regarding your order. If you item is lost, you will need to contact USPS and file a claim with them.

There are times when I am unable to get a shirt because it is out of stock, if this happens, I will contact you.  You can either wait for it to come back in stock, choose another color or I will give you a refund.

My turn around time is 7-14 days
