Once an item is out of my hands and with the USPS you will need to contact USPS regarding your order.  If you item is lost, you will need to contact USPS and file a claim with them.

There are certain times when a shirt is out of stock, and I am unable to get it.  If this happens, I will contact you and you can either wait for it to come back in stock, choose another color or I will give you a refund
