Once an item is out of my hands and with the USPS you will need to contact USPS regarding your order, if your item is lost you will need to contact USPS and file a claim with them. 

There is certain time when a certain color shirt is out of stock and I am unable to get it, if this happens, I will contact you and we can either choose another color, wait for it come back in stock or I will give you a refund
