Once an item is out of my hands and with the USPS you will need to contact USPS regarding your order.  If your item is lost, you will need to contact USPS and file a claim with them

There are times when a shirt is out of stock and I am unable to get it, if this happens, I will contact you.  You can either wait until it comes back in stock, choose another color or I will give you a refund

My turn around time is 7-14 business days
