Once a shirt is out of my hands and with USPS you will need to contact USPS regarding your order.  If an item is lost, you will need to contact USPS and file a claim with them.

There are certain times when a shirt is out of stock, when this happens, I will contact you

We can either choose a different color, wait for it to come back in stock or I will send you a refund.
